Queue going beyond aisle due to 1 person on till and no self service. Not good enough when someone wants to buy a few small items
Pharmacy staff saved us from a long 111 wait when my daughter was really poorly on a weekend with an ear infection! Pharmacist is trained to diagnose ear infections among other minor illnesses and prescribed antibiotics on the spot! No waiting. A service people should know exists
Prav and Stephanie were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the products I needed were found although off sale.
Helpful staff but frequent failure of texts to notify when a prescription is due
Visited on Jan 4th. They sell Braun series 9 shavers but no replacement heads. Only twin packs of clean and renew fluid compared to more economical 6 or 8 pack. No suncream of any description. A few completely empty shelves. Wasted visit.
They should put their online store in order to reflect correctly on what can be found in store. Imagine seeing something online and told its in store at a certain branch only to get there and told its out of stock buy it online.
Full of all kinds of beauty products and the price is pretty good to. There's a large choice of medical products you may struggle to find in your local pharmacy as boots is such a large store. The staff are always helpful and it's usually nice and clean. They have a good selection of sandwiches on their meal deal if you're struggling to find something for lunch.
If only I could give 0 stars.They were sent an emergency prescription by our GP.When I got to Boots pharmacy staff said it needed to be ordered in for next day.Arrived next day to be told hadn't arrived and to return tomorrow.Returned everyday for four days told the same.Stressed it was an emergency as my wife was very ill but just getting fobbed off.Also rang several times everyday before going only to be put through to the pharmacy but left waiting whilst it rang out and then receiver was lifted to be hung up on instantly.I assure you we will NOT be using this place again.
Poor staff. Given the state that the retail and shopping business is in today to say we were let down by very unhelpful pharmacy staff is an under statement. We asked if they had a particular item and were bluntly told by two staff that if we cannot see it that they don't do it. After coming home and checking Boots we find they do stock it. But we shall be buying from a smaller family run efficient and helpful chemist.
This pharmacy is an absolute JOKE I called repeatedly and said I would be there 5.59PM to collect my prescription. Woman on the phone said as long as I’m here by 6 it’s fine. Which I was and they’ve fully closed up and left. I made an incredibly long journey and left work early. Clearly were not bothered that I was distressed and needed my medication but unfortunately Traffic cannot be helped. I was there for 5.59PM bang on 6pm at the desk and they were not. The staff even said because they are from other pharmacy’s they aren’t bothered. A long wasted journey thanks to inconsiderate pharmacists.
