   Visited with my mother who is an old age pensioner, I waited outside but kept an eye on her making sure she was okay in the shop, there was a young lady who was on the entrance who I seen my mother asking for where the item was, who pointed her in the direction, then I seen her go back to the same lady obviously asking the same question as she couldn't find it. I then went in and looked for what it was she was looking for and couldn't find it. The young lady said she wasn't aloud to move off her spot (guarding the door, not security) another stroppy women was barking out orders at the till. I understand its Christmas and the pressure is high especially with the run up to it and the weekends being extremely busy. I have more then enough respect for staff who treat you with manners. I was looking in from the outside of the shop and they simply was not helping her. When I went in it was no different. She also suffers from dementia so was pretty disgusted with everything All she was looking for was safety pins. Certainly won't be visiting again and have expressed this visit to close ones.

   Good selection of health and beauty products. Some good offers available on most visits. This store is in a shopping complex so you can pop in when doing your other general grocery shop etc. Shop is accessible for disabled persons as there is an access ramp.

   Great Superdrug store, good location, lots of super offers and loads of choices of make up items, skin, hair & body products, supplements, medicines, baby stuffs and seasonal / holiday must-have. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Good location with free parking spaces, including disabled parking spaces & parents and children parking spaces. Unsure about the time limit??

   Came in here for a specific item to tide me over till a dentists appointment was available. A member of staff was there ( socially distanced) straight away asking what I needed. He was very helpful and I purchased it straight away.
