   The rudest staff on this planet, witnessed them discussing the rip off techniques. The youngest member now running the shop, previously the spar, is the most arrogant person you could wish to meet. In the pandemic, they ripped people off for toilet rolls, greed is the game. Boycott this store, they take advantage of the community and offer nothing. If you can buy elsewhere then do so.

   Fantastic service from the gentleman at Budgens. We’d placed an order via Evri to be delivered to Budgens. Spoke to the staff the day before. He was really friendly and answered our question. Collected the item the following day, we saw the same man who was once again friendly and helpful. Thanks

   They refused to take my Evri parcel which is within weight and size limit. Saying the driver wouldn't take it. Funny enough as I never seem to have any issues in Tesco, Balsall Common - area covered by the same drivers! Horrendous customer service.

   I went to drop off an Amazon return as Budgens are listed as being able to take returns via Hermes. I was met by a fairly blunt and rude 'No, we can't take that here' as supposedly the item would take up too much room. No apology, no friendly tone, just bluntness from the off. The inability to take the parcel isn't the problem, the rudeness in delivering that message is.
