   The place needs some common sense. All staff are rude, when taking parcels - constant issues. One time told I couldn't send them as they were in plastic bags (they weren't but even if there were, what's the difference to a plastic bag that is a delivery bag??) Drove there one night at 9:50pm, just wanted to get a very small evri item sent and was told 'sorry - we aren't taking any evri parcels as we have too many, try allesley village' I'm a young female on my own - i have two small children hence why I am coming out after they've gone to sleep, to be told to drive elsewhere... I explained that it was a tiny parcel (pair of baby leggings) and that I didn't mind if it went a few days later but I needed to get it scanned, I was just told 'no sorry' and the other member of staff just ignored me !!! Another time I was told 'sorry we don't use Yodel'- which they do! Honestly, no common sense or understanding of the job and no customer service. Use at your own waste of time!

   Awful experience at this store. An ongoing problem with a parcel collection. Member of staff scanned my parcel out then incorrectly handed me the wrong one, only then to tell me she couldn't give me my parcel as she hasn't scanned it out... She then failed to come up with a resolution and was incredibly rude and argumentative. Finally resolved with the support of inpost with an agreed resolution for me to collect my parcel only to visit the store and find out this same member of staff had sent in back; in my opinion this was done through spite following the interaction withe this employee as there would have been no request to send it back as the system thinks I collected it. I must say they manager Tracey was apologetic and whilst no solution and now I am out of pocket at least she acknowledged the poor customer service and apologised. However I will not be using this store for purchases or parcel collections. Staff need more training on inpost and they need the basics around customer service training, recent reviews on this store speak volumes. Avoid where possible, use the one stop in Allesley village or malcoms they are much more friendler.

   Went to send some parcels today to be told I needed to have these packaged in parcel bags not carrier bags. Both are plastic so unsure of the reason for this. Wasn’t able to send them so went to Malcolm’s and they happily sent my parcels in the carrier bags that o originally packaged them in

   Not a friendly atmosphere. My car was stuck and I just needed to use their bathroom to top up my bottle so the engine can cool. They then forced me to buy bottle water.

   Absolutely dreadful… Terrible customer service experience, the lady with the blonde hair and big build gives you dirty looks like she’s the one paying for the things your buying! not once says thank you have a nice day also throws the things you are buying in front of you, Offers are all over the place sometimes the old price tags are still on so Store maintenance needs a look at. Normally One stop shops are a bit dull and boring but this one tops it all off I wouldn’t suggest going here you’re better of supporting your local boss man as you’ll get Customer Service and a lot more products and when I say a lot more I mean ALOT MORE
