For the past three months or so, have tried to buy my regular toiletries and have come away with one or other item, not my normal product and was advised that they were expecting a delivery each time. Its a joke the shop looks like it's being emptied ready for closure. I now go elsewhere or wait till visiting other towns.
Bodycare- The shop in West Orchard has everything you need from personal care-soap,shampoo,conditioner, to nail scissors to nail varnishes,and aftershave to bodywash,plus household cleaning products and make-up,and health care.The staff are always very helpful and caring to show you where items are on the shelfs your looking for. Love going in there.
Just been here today 18th of March 24 and I have to say VERY RUDE STAFF. Never going to buy from there again! Went there happy to buy things left empty handed on how much rudeness the staff gives you! I urge you to train your staff how to treat customers.
Worst experience ever. The employee claims herself manager (scared to give her name) has been absolutely rude, talking behind about customer with other colleague. Never recommend anyone go shop and have horrible experience and spoil your time.

i am disgusted and utterly outraged with the customer service i received at this shop! This shops employees are so rude that i do not recommend going as like i have already made clear i’m outraged by the way me and my friend was treated!
Small shop but good cheap products. Covers everything from make up to shower gel baby products and perfume. Queues often look long but move fast.
