   Eleanor has been grooming my Shi Tzu for the past 3.5 years and we couldn't be happier with the service. We live in Westerham, where Eleanor worked previously, and followed her to Sevenoaks. We would not let any other groomer near our dog. Eleanor has taken the time to build a really good trusting relationship with our fussy little princess and she leaves her groom sparkling, happy and relaxed. I would highly recommend Pride and Groom.

   My 9 month old labradoodle STAR has had 4 grooms so far with Pride & Groom and I am very pleased with the results each time. First visit I was more nervous than STAR as I had no idea what type of cut to request but they talked me through the options clearly. STAR looks great after every visit, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone. STAR is always eager when we reach the Sevenoaks location, and does not playup when I leave (only alittle sad about that:)). Thank you Team

   I recently took my staff bubba to this groomer, and I couldn't be happier with the service! The staff is not only skilled and attentive but also genuinely caring towards the dogs. Every experience feels personal, as they take the time to understand your pet's needs. The grooming results were outstanding, and my staffy looked and smelled amazing. Clean, friendly environment with great prices. Definitely a 5-star experience!

   Excellent groomers done a fantastic job on a hygiene cut for our cat Reggie. Was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their help in grooming and looking after our cat. Would highly recommend - it was really impressive that there is dedicated time slots for cats and the cut was perfect while we waited.. brilliant!!

   They had two groomers working on my dog however the end result of his coat looking good lasted less than a week. I’ve been elsewhere and his coat has looked incredible for a month. He has also remained mat free. It is likely related to the products used as my two previous groomers used the best products and the outcome was also his coat lasting to at least a month mat free.

   Lovely staff. We brought our puppy in for the "puppy package" which is a great introduction for young dogs. Slowly gets then used to the grooming process. The groomer was absolutely lovely. Had a real chemistry with our pup.
