Shocking business, says open at 9am, gets here at 9am, waiting here till 9.40am then they start opening and they tell me to go albany road as they aint opening until 10am as short staffed, but the product is in the cowbridge road store, won't be using again, 2 staff was stood outside with leaflets from 9am but short staffed , then also it said the pendant was in cowbridge road in stock then cassie the worker said no it's only online it's not in store, a joke,, what a waste of time, terrible company
