I meant to leave a review for the branch ages ago! The staff were very helpful, especially in helping me get hold of a Blu Ray I had seen in stock at the store, online. The Store was feeling clean and nicely laid out, a credit to the Cash@Maxx name. I'll look forward to checking out the store in the future when I'm in Bridgend.
The staff are amazing and have helped me and my mum get rid of alot of my brothers things and they have been great to talk to! Craig and Ian have gone above and beyond to help and I recommend you shop here as the atmosphere is great!
Bought headphones from here today and they absolutely stink. The guy behind the counter just said febreze them but after taking them out of the box properly they've stunk my whole house out of smoke and dirty person smell. Revolting. Claimed on the listing they were class B which reflects things like superficial scratches. Also states refurbished and cleaned to a professional standard. Now had to buy replacement cups which cost the best part of £30 and the head band still stinks despite cleaning multiple times.
I bought a laptop from them once, had to take it back because it kept shutting down after an hour. They returned it to me in exactly the same condition, telling me there was nothing wrong with it!!! Trust at your own peril
This place under pays people who are selling items and overcharges people buying
Had an issue with their product and they resolved it swiftly and well, really pleased. Always a sign of a good company to me, how they handle situations when things dont go right (and things cant go right all the time, humans make errors and things go faulty)
Sold a phone to the Bridgend store yesterday. Really happy with the amount they gave. But in alm honesty what stood out to me was how clean and well maintained the store is keep up the good work guys
Never used this site before and was bit scared to at first as I’ve used other sites which I was scammed few times before and I trust sites cause of having learning disability and my partner has too but trying to work out what site is a scam now so before using these this time we phoned these up to see if it is a real genuine site. So I think good service I phoned the Swansea store to see if they had something I wanted in stock the male staff I talk to was very polite and I asked for what’s app to send me pictures of the item before I bought it and they did send me pictures and it looked in good condition they said it would come in 5 days but it came very quickly it came next day it was in very good condition when it came like they said it was in good condition and it looked in good condition on the pictures of what’s app they sent me and it was in very good condition seeing it when it came so far no problems and love it so thanks a lot Swansea store. I would 100 per cent definitely recommend these in my experience very good very polite excellent brilliant service thank you very much again really appreciate it and good dealing with yous would definitely use these again too thanks again I really do appreciate everything take care from David.
I love this place i won't go anywhere else only trust cashmax, bought a phone for my son good deal fair play. You can put deposit down and have 3 months to pay for anything they sell that's a good thing about these! Very friendly and helpful staff if you need advice.
