   As a self employed worker I use Screwfix because it opens in at 7am and I can get a lot of what I need before I head off to a job. However. This Screwfix didn't like to open at 7am as stated in it's opening times. I walk in the lights still off. I get attitude from the woman working there. She says we're not open yet. I hold up my phone saying it's gone 7am... Not happy that she stands corrected she points out that I shouldn't be in there when the lights are off as it's a health and safety risk. Does she realized what environments the majority of her customers work in? A poorly lit shop where I could still see where I'm going is the least of my daily health and safety concerns. Only reason I gave a 2nd star is because the lad that served me was quite pleasant. This keeps up I'll use tool station next door. At least they're lights are on by 7am

   Great for all DIY projects. Can get most products at reasonable prices. Dont have to wait to long when picking up your online order. Store keeps you updated about your order regularly via phone and email.

   Particularly helpful with some returns and complications. Staff were polite and considerate with the large amount of customers in store. Speed is important and I was impressed with how quickly my issue was dealt with and the options I was given regarding refunds. I will definitely be purchasing more from this store.
