Once again fantastic service from the team at the Aberdare branch. Chris who was there covering from Ebw vale was particularly helpful. There's a great atmosphere when they are dealing with customers and go out of their way to keep everyone happy.

Such friendly, polite and helpful staff. As a woman, I find a lot of these places that are male dominated businesses can make me feel inferior. I'm always reluctant to deal with them, but I can honestly say they were lovely and couldn't do enough for me. Will always go there for supplies from now on.

The staff are helpful ,but trying to get a call back to cancel a order and get a refund took 3 days of calls , I have better things to do.
