    Steph was a great help had a laugh with her whilst she processed my gold . She gave me a fair price didn't try and lowball me like other pawnbrokers. She let me know about all the services they provide. Also warmed me about carrying cash around and even said I could remain in the shop as a dodgy bloke approached me asking for a lighter after seeing me put some cash in my pocket. I left the shop and told her I can look after myself but was grateful for the caring offer. She's very good at her job and is a kind caring person. God bless.
