    False advertising in store and on website . Then top it off the man working was rude and not very helpful at all kept saying weve rebranded but not sure if looks up when he goes to work as its sign written everywhere that they cash cheques . Now i have to travel even more to get my issue resolved . I wouldn't go back in there ever again even if they had a rebrand .

    Absolutely shocking. I traveled all the way from Camberley after speaking with someone on the phone who assured me the documentation I had was sufficient to cash a cheque I had received from HMRC. The cheque was apparently in an unusual format so they refused to cash it. Complete waste of time. Was furious having called prior to my visit and told they could.
