   Assistant Manager is top notch. Ordered a racing sim before Christmas with a delivery date of Christmas Eve. Didn’t arrive due to some communication issues with dhl. So I Put in a request for delivery fee to be refunded and no questions asked they got it done. That’s just good customer care right there. Wasn’t sure id return to this store after the delivery mishap but their handling of the mistake has changed my mind. Will be ordering from here again when they have something I need.

   We went very close to closing time to sell some gold, and the manager Shakeel was more than accommodating. He was polite, professional and extremely helpful, considering we came in with 2 minutes until they closed! Couldn't recommend them more, the store was clean and well kept, and everyone was extremely lovely. Thank you!

   Horrible customer treatment by the manager Shakil. I purchased more than £350 worth of things as they seemed really nice establishment. They were nice when i was buying. But i had an issue with a controller and asked for a refund. The manager offered very low refund which i asked to be reconsidered. Irrespective of this refund, the attitude of manager was so bad. He could have had the same conversation in a professional manner but he didn't. He spoke in rude way without a single sign of politeness or professionalism. Horrible horrible experience and I would never recommend buying from them. Rest of the staff was professional

   My parcel was not delivered, I have been waiting two weeks for a refund and the manager just keeps saying he's chasing it up give him another week. Won't be ordering anything online from Cash Converters again I'll stick to CEX
