   I visited the One Stop store yesterday to send parcels using the Evri machine, as I do regularly without any issues. This time the machine wasn’t working. While I was trying to print my labels, a staff member walked past but didn’t say anything. When another employee came by, I asked for help. He looked at the first staff member and only then she said that the machine wasn’t working. I asked why she didn’t inform me earlier, especially when she clearly saw me standing there trying to use it. Her only response was, “sorry, I was busy.” It literally takes half a second to let a customer know that the machine is out of order. This would have saved me time and frustration. Staff should show at least basic consideration and inform customers when something is not working, especially if they can see someone attempting to use it. Unfortunately, the service yesterday was very unprofessional.

   Wow what a rude member of staff you had working today. I don't expect a song and a dance when I go up to the counter but some kind of acknowledgement of my existence would be nice. I had planned to do some shopping after dropping off a few parcels but after dealing with that, I spent my money in a different shop. Your loss.

   Staff very generous and kind . I have an autistic daughter always wanting expensive magazines with toys every shop we go. Very costly. lady staff names beigins with J bought it for her . I am forever grateful for this kindness

   warm beer and staff are barely adequate. chiller hasn't been working for at least 6 weeks. staff presumably don't care enough to get it sorted as they look annoyed enough if you disturb them just to pay
