Staff too lazy to park in free public car parks so park on junctions and blocking pavements in residential areas forcing people to walk in the road to get around them. This driver happy to display their Superdrug uniform and completely ignorant when asked to park safely.
Decided to go to this store as the item I needed was the cheapest. Trying to save the NHS money by buying the laxative I was initially prescribed. Waited nearly half-hour in a queue at the pharmacy. That was difficult as I have arthritis. Only 1 girl serving and a pharmacist. Finally it was my turn. The pharmacist came down and I politely asked for what I wanted (Laxido) He disappeared behind the counter, came back with the box only to be told by the young girl that they can't sell it from behind the counter. I assumed he was new as he questioned it and she repeated it. He apologised to me, repeating what the girl said. I was dumbfounded. You'd think I was trying to buy cocain. I was absolutely fuming. Waited so long for nothing. They had what I needed and refused to sell it. They weren't rude and clearly governed by ridiculous rules but really? Refusing to sell laxative? Not impressed.
Two members of staff on duty 2nd March were very helpful to me. I initially popped in to drop used medicine blister packs off, the two staff explained the blister pack recycling service as best they could. The impression i had was that this service appears to be planned to be depricated by superdrug longer term. However the staff were friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Extremely rude staff and management - they accused my daughter who has AHD of causing a mess and we were told to leave - I will be going to boots from now on
Don’t know what’s going wrong with this pharmacy. The customer service used to be second to none. However now you just cannot get a straight answer from any of the staff. Updates to their online ordering is pathetic, and when you try calling them, don’t wait for an answer as they don’t bother answering. Prescription orders are only made up when you call to collect them, even though the prescription was approved several days earlier. Waiting time in shop can be as long as half an hour. So disappointed. The attitudes of the staff seriously needs addressing. People coming for medication are unwell, yet they’re treated with disdain as being a nuisance even attending the practice.
Absolutely disgusted. Had an appointment with specialist in Abergavenny hospital who gave me a prescription and I was advised I could go to any pharmacy. Silly me, I expected superdrug to help me after driving over 50 miles round trip. They told me I would have to call back as they were off to lunch. I requested a home delivery and was told NO. Will now be moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. NOT IMPRESSED VERY POOR SERVICE.
