   I am purchasing food & consumables from Spar for the past 6 years. Occasionally there is a bit of a rush. But the staffs are very helpful. Parking gets busy during Fridays and festive season. Clean environment.

   On multiple occasions I have to wait in a large queue as only one person is serving whilst the customer in front is either using services other than purchasing products or having problems using discount vouchers. Two tills is not enough when the staff are more concerned in sorting out problems with the self service tills. I will not be using this facility as much in future even though I’m local my neighbours also feel the same

   Local but terribly expensive lackluster store, you're lucky to get decent bread or eggs. I normally walk to Texaco it's about 15 minutes walk but it's cheaper and they don't run out of stock and have a lot more choice.

   The shop is great if you rock-up, but its delivery service is a complete sham. They promise "Delivered in 30-60 Minutes", but the only delivery slots ever offered at checkout (tried 3 times over two months at various times of day) are 2 hours or more. Makes the place feel like a scammy bait-and-switch operation. You guys should opt-out of the Snappyshopper.co.uk delivery service; it's not doing you any favours at all.

   Went into the shop on Saturday and bought a 1LB loaf handed over a £2 coin and ended up with a large argument about whether it was a two-pound coin or a £1 coin they had to check the video and then finally they decided that it was a two-pound coin and they couldn't even apologise the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life and I am not paying £2 for a 1 pound loaf in many respects just stay clear of the place
