    Absolutely disgusted with the experience I had today, Evri collections here are terrible. Scanner wasn’t even working properly, the bloke instore tried to blame it on me. I showed him my Citizen Card ID & other customers had seen that I done this. There stupid tablet wasn’t even working properly at all even when I asked for help. Other customers were looking at the staff member in total disbelief behind the till who could barely speak fluent English, they advised this store is very bad for EVRI & now I can see why from the bad reviews. So in future I won’t be going back to this store as they’ve seriously infuriated me. Incompetency is one thing, but rudeness is another thing I can’t stand.

    I gave never had any bad experiences every time i go there to collect my parcel, the guy in the shop can hardly speak English but, he’s very polite, helpful and friendly . He understand hands gestures and always ready to serve you .

    Awful experience left feeling angry and frustrated! Went in to collect evri parcel they wanted ID I went home came back with id and was told parcel not there driver has taken away because been 4 days there and come back later in the day. The young lad working can hardly speak English and kept repeating the same sentence over and over of which had no relevance whatsoever to my question! They are so damn disrespectful and rude in there the old man too

    The older man serving is usually polite and helpful enough. But hasn't been trained fully. Although I noticed a few times lately if you're a MAN they say HELLO! DISGUSTING. Not a pleasant experience usually. I resent being treated as if I'm not even there!

    Horendous, lazy customer service. This country is falling apart due to this sort of people. They refused to take my parcel even though it was within size and weight limits. Will be reporting directly to Hermes!

    Has a Hermes machine in store, but claims it isn’t working, it’s not worked since I’ve lived in the area. Ridiculous.
