   I received an "Assorted Chocolate Basket" as a gift. I believe it arrived on the correct, celebratory date, was packed well with good instructions for the delivery driver. It had 8 Blue riband biscuits, 8 Breakaway biscuits, 8 twin kit kits, 4 mini packets of rolos and 9 mini Twix. My husband thought the contents a bit strange (he frequently sends chocolate gifts bought online) and when he looked it up on Express Gifts website, it bears no resemblance to the photo on their website. On there it shows 10 different chocolate types in this "Assorted Chocolate Basket" and states: This hamper product contains: 2 x Cadburys Dairy Milk Fruit & Nut 2 x Cadburys Dairy Milk 2 x Cadburys Caramel 3 x Cadburys Flake 4 x Nestle Kit Kat 4 fingers 4 x Kit Kat Chunky 4 x Mars Twix bar 5 x Mars Bar 5 x Mars Snicker bar 5 x Mars Bounty Clearly not what arrived! I will email the company, but from other reviews, I doubt I will hear anything back and as a gift, it puts you in a difficult position as to whether you mention it to the sender! If you look at the photo on their website and then the actual photo of what arrived you can clearly see the difference!

   Item ordered for a very poorly friend in hospital (a basket of fruit). Email said it was handed to him - he never received it at all. This company ignored my emails. I then spent ages trying to contact the company - when eventually someone answered the call the person either pretended or did not speak English at all. The item was expensive but more disappointingly the very poorly friend never knew we had tried to send it. Avoid this company completely.

   Order #52595 : Delivered late by 2 days after charging additional delivery fee. One of the items missing and another replaced in the pack. No response for email even after 10 days and not responding on phone too. Stay away to avoid disappointment.

   June 2nd 2020 A fruit parcel was left in a public hallway instead of either taking it up to my 98 year old mother in her top floor flat, or pressing the buzzer to let her know it was there. I was told that it was left there because I'd told them to do that - which was a palpable nonsense.

   Appalling level of service. Ordered a birthday cake that was not and still is not delivered. Quick to take payment and give you nothing. Don,t try phoning as no one will answer. Avoid this company.

   Says Free Delivery on website, but then charges £4.99 delivery. Absolute con! When you try to speak to someone, they don't even know what website you are talking about (it seems they trade under more than one name), and deny knowing anything about free delivery. Con merchants all the way!!!!!!!
