   God awful. Why attempt fine line as a not fine line artist? No clue. Jay is the worst artist I have had to date. He not only was an uncomfortable and pushy presence (got told to “just keep still” when having involuntary movement) but his tattoo skills are incredibly questionable and lazy for the years of experience he claims to have. Attached are designs I had sent him days prior - STATING THEY WERE REFERENCES rather than the exact design - and the result 5 months healed. Horrific service. As someone with 17 tattoos now, I would not recommend this guy unless you’re looking for shaky lines and scars. Literally the worst I’ve had.
