   I was extremely disappointed with LAP Property Services. They did some decorating work around my home. The painter spilt drops of white paint on an heirloom carpet that was nowhere near the wall he was painting, meaning he walked around with a dripping brush. When I noticed this and called the office to tell them about it, the painter came back to my home, was very rude and defensive, and blamed me for not noticing this while he was still at my home earlier that day. He did not apologise, nor did the company offer to pay for my carpet to be cleaned. I would not recommend this company.

   I have recently contracted LAP to refurbish my apartment in St Johns Wood. I am pleased to say the work was completed to my satisfaction. The whole process was hassle-free. The pricing was reasonable, no need to haggle. The quote was clear and detailed for me to follow and check. The staff was responsive and helpful for additional small repairs. More importantly, they were transparent when the work experienced some slight delate. I felt dealing with an honest party. Now, all the flooring, carpet, kitchen work-top and bits and bobs been done up, cleaned and neatly placed, for my disposal. Thank you LAP and special thanks to Luke Apps.
