   Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Been completely messed about and had our time wasted by this man. Got a few quotes to have a bedroom painted and Roy was one of them. They attended on the 11th of November and we decided to move ahead with Roy due to great reviews. He later decided the quote was a little off priced and so it was amended to pay a bit more for the job. Waited 13 days for them to come on the agreed day and when they arrived they changed their mind straight away. Started making excuses as to why they can't do the job. Started talking about the ceiling despite clearly being told in text messages before hand that the ceiling wasn't to be painted as it didn't need any work. The bedroom only needed sprucing up as the decor was tired. In short we were quoted a time and price. That price was later amended and 13 days after the quote Roy turned up only to make ridiculous excuses as to why they can't do the job. Started talking about other customers and that he had no time for us because they wanted their jobs finished before christmas (were in November). Expect to be messed about by this man should you decide to hire him. Waste of all our time and does this sort of thing to elderly customers in their 70's!!! If they had no time for a job why book it in two weeks before!?

   Fixed a door, secured a dangerously hanging cupboard to the wall, and provided access to pipes for boiler work. Great work, very quick and the initial work was only supposed to be the access, he did the extra jobs as I asked on the spot. Will definitely be using again.
