“John and his team at Kuchen in Bromley were very helpful and we are very pleased with our kitchen. The quality of the units are amazing and would always use German going forward and recommend Kuchen. There was a few issues along the way but John ensured that everything was finished to perfection and the issues were rectified. Some of the issues were out of his control like oven was broken and you would not know this till we opened the box. The worktop people were so professional and their work was really top quality. The wrong size sink arrived and the Quartz was fitted. The worktop people sorted this out and you can see how good it was done.”

“I have un unresolved problem with my toilet plumbing. The plumber contacted me via nextdoor.co.uk We exchanged messages and he gave me a quote of the cost of the repair. It was very reasonable. I ordered the parts he told me. When I received the parts, I messaged him and we arranged a time and a time for him to visit my flat. He came to my place as scheduled, completed the job, charged me at an agreed price. the flushing was quite weak. He came back a bit later and fixed the problem without charging me extra. I was very satisfied with his job.”
