   We had a bad experience at a previous shop but we were so relieved to find this place. We called up in advance to check they had what we were looking for and they checked and reserved the last one for us. They were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make it as easy as possible.. despite our cheeky toddler making a run for it into the back. Very family friendly and excellent knowledge. Thank you so much. Mr Ham is settling in nicely

   This is such a wonderful shop. The animals are clearly loved and well taken care of by the staff, and the three snakes and a chameleon we've bought have all been in wonderful health. The staff are the best, friendly and knowledgeable, and great with kids. It's always a pleasure to pop in to buy food, say hi, and have a look at the new beasties for sale.

   I purchased my leopard gecko from here about a week ago, and I absolutely love him! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered my abundance of questions, making me feel confident in his care.    Is it more expensive than a chain,? (pets at home) probably, is it better stocked than a chain? Yep. Is there more variety than a chain? Yep. Is there more passion than a chain? Yep. I was sold a cheeky heating system by the the lad in there... two days later so imoressed I bought 4 more. And will happily drive an extra half hour to buy frozen rodents from there. Everytime. Don't get me wrong I love this little shop and the staff but the ONLY Downside is the price of animals...although to be fair they are a shop and not a "private breeder" pairing M&F for profit
