   I was utterly disappointed when I approached them with a pressing transmission issue that was glaringly displayed on the dashboard. Despite their claims of having fixed the car's transmission and assuring me of its flawless condition, the moment I turned on the engine after having it transported home, the dashboard was immediately showed ominous warnings of a gearbox fault and high gearbox temperature. Naturally, I contacted the garage in hopes of finding a resolution, only to be met with an astonishing lack of sympathy or concern for my situation. It's disheartening to think that I placed my trust in this company based on a recommendation from a dealer, believing that they would competently resolve the issue without any hassle. Unfortunately, my experience suggests otherwise, and I strongly caution anyone against putting their faith in this establishment. Moving forward, I have some invaluable tips for the company, if they even care to improve: Firstly, they need to refrain from shamelessly overcharging customers for so-called 'limited edition parts' that are nothing more than standard components. Such practices are nothing short of deceitful and exploitative. Secondly, they should ensure that they actually fix the initial problem the car was brought in for. It's shocking to realise that they could overlook such a crucial aspect and fail to address the root cause of the issue. Moreover, it's essential that they check the transmission oil levels in the vehicles they handle. To my astonishment, when I took my car to my trusted garage elsewhere, I discovered that the transmission oil hadn't even registered on the dipstick. It begs the question: if a supposedly specialised transmission shop doesn't even bother checking such a basic element, what exactly did they do during their alleged repairs? Considering the complete lack of competence, integrity, and customer care demonstrated by this company, I emphatically advise everyone to avoid entrusting them with their precious vehicles. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and potential financial loss by seeking more reliable and reputable alternatives.
