   I LOVE going to Bertie’s! (So does Ori) They have such a big selection of everything and even have special items that normal pet shops don’t sell. All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. We took Ori there for his first ever harness fitting. My only complaint is that it’s in Portishead and not Nailsea otherwise I would probably be in there everyday.

   We love having Bertie’s as our local store. I often pop down with the doggo and let him choose an exciting treat. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and they often suggest new things to try which always go down well.

   Lyra loves her weekly visit to Bertie’s! Is often disappointed she can’t get in when they’re closed no matter how hard she tries! Great range of natural food, treats and all things pet related! Knowledgable and friendly staff who Lyra often butters up for a treat!
