called in to this shop which is a bit of an Aladdin's cave - plenty of choice and good to see a local independent shop - Hours are Tuesday to Friday 0900 to 1730 and Saturdays 0900 to 1700 and closed Mondays, bank holidays and Sundays - managed to buy what I wanted
I had a dental appointment and got to Nailsea early especially to visit the pet shop. I was thrilled and could have spent an hour just browsing. I purchased a selection of treats for my little Shih Tzu who was very excited when I got home. I’ll pay another visit for more goodies next month when I have an appointment for a filling! Thank you.
Fabulous local business who go above and beyond to help you and give great advice. Buy our grain free puppy food here which always goes down well. Staff are lovely and can even cope with an over excited spaniel puppy who thinks the shop is the most fun place ever! Thank you

Wouldn't recommend. This shop is so over priced and not good quality. The staff are rude and unhelpful and the shop is a complete mess. All I ever hear from previous customers is: how rude and horrible the staff is, which I have experiences myself !
No wonder this place has such great reviews. Two lovely people serving me, really helpful and clearly not money grabbing. Just out to offer a good service at a good price which isn’t as common as it should be.
Excellent service. I visit regularly for large sacks of bird food. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. They take the sacks to the rear of the shop, so that I can load them into my car. They also help me put them into my car. They are always cheerful and helpful. Really nice to have such great service. Many thanks! Robin Lambert.
