    My experience with getting my car repaired through insurance at Page London is negative and both positive. The car was slightly delayed but I wasn’t kept informed with regular updates, I had to do the chasing. The loan car was dirty, covered in cobwebs. Everyone was polite but they don’t keep people updated and the completion day kept extending. They need to ensure that all departments are updating their systems so the whole company knows what’s going on. My car was fixed to an excellent standard and looks brand new! Thanks

    Terrible experience with this company, had to use them as that who my insurers said to use. Reported incident with all the photos as asked at the beginning of Dec 2022, all was authorised. Heard nothing continually chased them to find out about when they would repair. They eventually collected the car on the last day of February 2023, was supposed to be 2 days to fix. Still don't have my car back and I have chased continuously- avoid using them

    I have recently got my car back from repair shop as someone ran into me. I wanted to go directly to Jaguar for my repairs but my insurance said who to use. I was concerned when reading a lot of bad reviews with this company. But I was very impressed, it was repaired in a week. Paint matches spot on. With fantastic service from the girls on reception.     Truly awful company. Please, avoid them at all costs and save yourself A LOT of grief and expense. As other reviewers here have noted, they don’t answer their phone. Ever. No other way to contact them, and they don’t return phone calls for messages left. Ever. An insurance job through Admiral that took over six weeks to get a scheduled date for what were minor repairs. Got notified work was complete a week ago and still don’t have the car or delivery confirmed. In the meantime I have no car and no way to contact them. Their pricing is heavily padded - charging for dismantling a bumper and a lot of extras. A different company said they could do such light repairs on the spot under a mobile canopy without dismantling anything (couldn’t take that route as they needed off road parking/clear space). I very much doubt this company have dismantled either, as it’s not necessary, but they’re charging for it since there’s no way to prove otherwise. Because it’s an insurance job, they’re gouging and Admiral seem to allow them to get away with that, at the customer’s expense. No customer service - at all. Very, very slow and unresponsive, and vastly over inflated pricing. They should not be in business (probably wouldn’t be if it weren’t for getting away with insurance company gouging.) If I could give less than one star, I would.

    Appalling company - directed to use this company by my insurer. They had my car for over 2 months, and there had been no update unless you chased for the answer (if you are lucky enough to get it through as I have managed only 3 times over 10 weeks). I have been advised the part is not ordered and there has been continuous delay. Finally, got the car but it is not cleaned as promised that is not the worst thing but the real shocking incident is my car boot hood is completely ripped (unsure how they had managed to rip it), and this has been reported for the investigation, and (YES.. your guess is right) there is no update last 2 weeks (reported on 23rd Sep and there is no update - 09th Oct). I have added additional e-mail address and various phone calls but NO ANSWER AT ALL. Avoid this company at all cost, if your insurer directs to this then decline and ask alternative option. I would have given 0 star if I could.

    My car was in an accident on 6th September and my insurer authorised Wedd & White to repair the car. The garage is impossible to contact, the telephone always going to voicemail, and the garage failing every time to respond. It seems my insurer is suffering the same issue. They have been told that the garage will be contacting me to arrange a booking in date for the car, but no contact has been received. Looking at all the reviews, this is a common theme. Appalling customer service. I am posting this review in the hope that it generates some acknowledgement and response from them. My car continues to sit on the road, some two months after the accident.......
