   Two absolute great lads, Daniel and Frankie, attended my flat and quickly fixed my toilet in well under the estimated time I was quoted. They were polite, friendly, considerate and just generally great lads. The pair could not have gone further out of their way to help me as I was wfh and in meetings whilst they were at the flat. The toilet has been working perfectly since they attended. Less impressed with other aspects of the service provided - specifically being quoted for additional time that was not needed to complete the job.

That is turn up on time, work really well, kept me informed of what they were doing, talked me through the process, completed the work neatly and efficiently, left our home clean afterwards.    The engineer was super nice and friendly, and he explained everything to me, from the cause to the fix. It was very easy to book an appointment and I received reminders and constant updates about it. Payment couldn't have been easier either, and apart from getting the receipt right away, the invoice was sent in a matter of minutes. Great service overall!

   I hired Switched On to help me with my house renovation. They did the electricity rewire, refitted a bathroom and installed new radiators and gas/heating/plumbing/electricity works in the kitchen. Everything went perfectly as I could rely on Switched On to do what they promised with transparent pricing throughout. I was lucky to have Paul W doing the electrics with years of experience showing in everything he did. Paul A did magnificent job in rebuilding and finishing the bathroom. Harry ensured my kitchen design was possible with most water and gas routes changed in the kitchen. The radiator installations were also very tidy. Switched On kept me updated with emails and texts as well as phone calls and James was always available for my questions. Switched On was essential for me to complete my renovation in the timeline I had given myself. Warmly recommend them for larger projects, too.
