   I had a new Worcester Bosch green star 4000 combi boiler fitted by Alloy plumbing and heating. Terry was very polite and very professional, he did an excellent job installing the boiler and tidying up the existing pipework, really pleased with the service and with my new boiler. Whilst he was fitting my boiler my neighbour also decided to change hers and Terry has now fitted that as well. Two very satisfied customers!! I highly recommend Alloy plumbing.

   I am a retired builder and always dreaded the time when I would have to rely on someone else to sort out problems with my heating and plumbing that I couldn’t any longer cope with. Well that day eventually came about 3 years ago. By the biggest stroke of luck I stumbled on Alloy Plumbing when my boiler packed up suddenly in November! Terry came round almost immediately, analysed the problem and explained the options. I knew what he was saying was genuine and the next day I had a new boiler installed. The work was carried out thoroughly, cleanly, and efficiently. I had stumbled on a gem ! Terry has since serviced my boiler annually and done some other work that I asked him to do , such as changing some radiators for me. All done in the same manner. I am pleased to know that they are there for me to call on if needed. Thoroughly recommended.

   Terry has been my plumber for many years. He is brilliant. He has installed bathrooms (3) and boilers (2) over the years. He has carried out many other gas related and plumbing jobs and repairs. He has never let us down. He is cheerful, efficient, tidy, and no job is to big or small. My family and friends also use Terry and are always very happy. Thank you, Terry. It’s wonderful to have someone so reliable.

Terry is punctual, professional and really knows his stuff. He always takes the time to explain what he’s done and give helpful advice on keeping the boiler running smoothly.

   Called them out to fix a leaking toilet. No estimate given. No parts used. £385 -10% for OAP. They've been out 2 more times as leak was'nt fixed. Nice guy but labour charge is a joke. At least come clean with the labour cost first.

   Changed sink tap, single shower rail and toilet cistern for £975 labour costs??? Complete rip off. Beware! No estimate, no recipes for goods installed attached to the bill. Beware!
