Very happy with the whole process from quoting, fitting and solving any problems along the way. Easy to communicate with and did a great job in a tight space. Water pressure, Boiler F45 errors and megaflow rebalancing problems all solved but best of all the shower works as well as it ever did. Highly Recommended.

They say that you are lucky to still be talking to your contractor at the end of a job. Well I was laughing and joking with Russell and shaking his hand at the end with gratitude and thanks. I had a complicated ASHP installation, converting from gas, which involved the replacement of every radiator in the house. Russell had a lot of metaphorical spanners thrown at him during the installation, including supply chain issues with the hot water tank, and a malfunctioning controller from Mitsubishi. He spent a lot of time on the phone to the support line to get things working. He is dogged and determined, and that's what you need from a heating engineer. This company is courteous and friendly and I highly recommend them.
