I live in brentford and Ali came by as we had an emergency leak and no hot water or heat. He quickly was able to stop the leak and isolate the issue with our boiler. He came back the next day with the parts and was able to fix our boiler and hot water heater. Very responsive!
Point Service attended today on behalf of Hometree to diagnose a plumbing fault as I had no hot water circulating even though the boiler was fine. They identified the fault as a faulty 2 port motorised valve that had failed and needed replacement. I was impressed at how quickly they came out and fixed the issue the same day with quality parts. They were polite, knowledgeable, tidy and patient. Kept me informed and on time in suggested time slot. Explained everything clearly and accommodating due to family circumstances to come back to fix the problem with parts that evening. Recommended. Ali returned on behalf of hometree for another repair, this time for my boiler. He is friendly, confident, polite, knowledgeable and instills confidence in his skills to complete the necessary repairs quickly. Highly recommended.

Ali fixed my filling lupe leak and bled and checked all 9 radiators were working properly. Everything is running as it should. He was very polite and addressed all my concerns. He had to go to get parts and was back within the hour. Yes, I recommend this company.
