   I had a problem with my boiler and heating and Gianni kindly spent some time over the phone with me to troubleshoot what the issue could be. He then offered to pop by on the same day but thanks to his advise I was able to get by until the following Monday. When he came to visit he quickly identified the problem and suggested a couple of possible solutions. He finally did a great job by installing a filter for the boiler, which was missing, and a new smart thermostat. He also made sure that all radiators were fine. All is in working order now and I couldn’t be happier with his service! Highly recommended!

   Had a leakage in my shower room. So I called Gianni. He is very friendly, arrived at the same day and fixed the issue efficiently. He also recommended me to download the Ringo app to save some money on guest parking. I would gladly recommend him for the friendly and fast service.

   Gianni and Vasyl have done an amazing job converting our bathroom into a wet room. Their work ethic is excellent. They work solidly long hours with no breaks to get the job finished with minimal disruption. They tidy up at the end of each day. The work is of an exceptionally high standard, completed with skill and professionalism. They are very friendly, reliable, considerate and easy to deal with. I will certainly have them again for other jobs and cannot recommend them highly enough.

   Had to get the Expansion Vessel fixed in boiler and replaced the pressure relive valve. Old boiler falling to pieces but he replaced and put together in no time! Highly recommend, top notch work, and lovely guy! 10/10

   Gianni recently fixed our boiler, despite thinking we may need to replace the whole unit. He was very helpful in providing options to keep costs down and was very accommodating regarding timing to do the repairs. Came over multiple times over a few days when parts had arrived. Would highly recommend.

   Gianni appears to be a good plumber in terms of workmanship but he was not honest with us on costs. We paid, as agreed, his hourly rates + parking + parts. However, when he charged us, he inflated the costs for parts massively. For example, he charged us £245 for a Grundfos UPS3 15-50/65 boiler pump. The absolute maximum this will cost you, either local shop or online, is £145 and that includes VAT (and if you have a trade discount, obviously it would cost much less) When we challenged Gianni on this, he could not provide details of where he purchased the part from. Instead, he just said he charges "20% in top for all parts" which is not something that was mentioned upfront and the maths still does not add up. We're disappointed. If he wanted more money, he could have just raised his hourly rate and we would at least not have felt cheated. Apart from this, he was polite, punctual and did a good job.

   Gianni clearly knows his business and replaced my failed 40-year-old boiler with a modern one. The work involved sorting out the chaos of pipework left by the original builders. He is very pleasant and maintained a cheerful disposition throughout. I would be happy to recommend him to others.
