   Fantastic Customer service! Had a call today to say one of my products was out of stock.... but I'm sorting it for you now if you don't mind your delivery being a day late....Not a problem for me all, would sooner wait an extra day and receive all products I required, then receive a shipment with an item missing and a note saying we will credit your account...Will be using Reptile Rewards for All my future purchases! :)

   As I don't do Facebook or other socials i'll leave my review here. As my old suppler has vanished off the face of the earth, I had to quickly track down a new source of ASFs and Rats. Found reptile rewards in the google search. Was informed my order was out of stock and they restock 2 to 3 times per week. Communication from reptile rewards is second to none and I was very impressed with how quick they were to engage with me with any problem that came up (even rang me up to discus the issue). So from now on I'll be using reptile rewards as my new supplier.
