My gas boiler was making strange noises and not heating properly. The technician diagnosed the issue right away and completed the gas boiler repair efficiently. Now, it’s running perfectly, and my energy bills have even improved. Very satisfied with the service.
Boiler stopped working in January thought I go local searched and found this company. Engineer called SCOTT turned up diagnosed that the pump needs replacing and should all work after that. Charged for call out £135 which I later realised states NO CALL OUT FEE on their website. Returned next day with a pump fitted and charged £600 for. It worked for 1 week then it stopped again. Called in to the office promised a call back by 5pm nothing for 2 weeks after number of chases decided to call SCOTT direct which he advised I should stick a screwdriver in the pump to make it work which I refused and found it odd for a new pump. SCOTT come round messed about for 20mins said it's all working which did for another week then it stopped again. I called office many times got told will call back which no one did. Finally got told someone called BILLY I was told senior engineer but he told me his the owner of the business turned up once again messed about for 20mins got it to work this time said system needs a flush which I questioned why did SCOTT fit a new pump knowing if system not flushed will cause the pump to fail and not mention this. The pump has once again stopped called in again got ignored for a week then BILLY senior engineer this time told me I need to pay a further £400 for a power flush and the pump not working is my fault. Since the conversation OFFICE has put the phone down on me when I said where I was calling from and blocked all our calls. We are now £735 out of pocket with a boiler not working and have had threatening messages. This company shows as offices in Barnet doesn't even exist and there is no one taking responsibility to resolve the matter. PLEASE AVOID! Clearly customer satisfaction means nothing. Trading standards will come knocking soon as you have failed to put it right given many opportunities instead try to charge more for your own fault.
Absolutely disgusting they do not even have a office they have also blocked communication with us since january 2024 we have been in a dispute as they replaced a pipe without flushing and due to this heating worked for only 2 weeks with a 600 pound payment and a 150 pound call out charge which is advertised on website no call out charge i have a under 5 who is autistic they are more then aware as have come 4 times and not solved the problem absolutely appalling and please do not waste your money or time with these people we will be taking this to trading standards Disgusting people And as of the response i have received from your company again shows how unprofessional you are buy making threats like i said we will be taking this further legally Our boiler since first visit worked for only 2 weeks 4 visits later no refund no difference you admitted that it was not flushed before the piping got changed we have been advised to stick a screwdriver somewhere to make it work it is a fairly new electric boiler you can also see call logs since february stating the heating is not working absolute scam artists there address of company is not there absolute lies and i hope you understand the stress that this has caused if you couldnt fix it and didnt make assumptions charged us 750 and all we have had is 2 weeks of heating since february you would give a customers money back it was never fixed
ABSOLUTE CONMAN!! Would give zero stars if I could My boiler stopped working they fixed the boiler it was working for a couple of days and tried to get them to come back they want another £150 call out fee so I £750 out of pocket I reported to ombudsman In the end found another boiler specialist from a friend was half the price had no problems at all
The cost for this job was clearly quoted and extremely reasonable given the quality of work and service delivered. I would go to say that the cost for all the work they did on my behalf was to low!!! had a great boiler repair service
