We made up our mind after discussing with Sara Ristuccia the in-house designer. We felt really lucky to meet an experienced interior design professional with unlimited patience in listening our multiple ideas. Sara was instrumental in making us feel comfortable expressing our views, carefully explained the functional and decorative consequences (positives or negatives) of each one of our proposals. At the end of a few appointments and constructive feedback and guidance, she helped us finalise an extremely satisfactory design for a fully functional, enjoyable and easy to live kitchen. We strongly recommend anyone who wants a personal bespoke touch to their house to speak to her. Once I wanted to to "fix" something my self and instead of just selling me something he strongly advised me to get a plumber as it was not as easy as I thought it would be, and the other time I was struggling to find a plumber to come and do an urgent job, and he made one phone call and an hour later someone was at my door and the problem was fixed. What more can I say. Try getting that level of service at a big chain shop.”
