Once I wanted to to "fix" something my self and instead of just selling me something he strongly advised me to get a plumber as it was not as easy as I thought it would be, and the other time I was struggling to find a plumber to come and do an urgent job, and he made one phone call and an hour later someone was at my door and the problem was fixed.
