   A1 Heating replaced our heating system and boiler in November 25. They worked hard and were a pleasure to have in the house. Seriously they were that good. A1’s workforce were positive, happy and worked hard. A1 is one of the best companies I have had do work in the house and I would definitely ask them to work on any future project that may come our way. A1 went the extra mile to sort out any issues that arose in our older house in a positive can do & will do way. They worked so hard ! They were very impressive. A1 was outstanding and they deserve 10 stars not just 5. This is a bit gushy - but honestly - A1 earned this review ! I hope it puts anyone who may be considering using A1 at ease to know that A1 is indeed top of the class and will do a great job.

   They did a full flushing of the house central heating system (11 radiators) which dramatically improved the central heating performance. The boiler had a pre-existing fault making a high pitched noise which reduced after flushing. They produced a comprehensive report following their visit, phoned the boiler maker to check on warrantee, explain the problem and offered options for repair. Totally transparent .professional and helpful. I would definitely use their services again.

   We have been using A1 for the last 3 years. It is definitely the best Heating and Plumbing company in London.. hands down! We've done everything with them, from: Yearly gas checks.. flew pipes installed properly, got our radiators synced, water tanks checked, boiler inspected and they also fixed a leak from our neighbors toilet which was coming through our ceiling. Speed, Price and Quality overall 5 stars. Thank you Kyle, Ross and Ashley... you guys are great! And everyone that came over the years.

   A1 were brilliant, we had a boiler service and Ash the gas engineer was lovely. He explained what he was doing and even showed us how to restore water pressure in the boiler. It was easy to book and staff were easy to talk to and polite. Excellent service and definitely will be recommending to family and friends.

   Showed up hours late, and then left hazardous waste in the alley outside our house. Despite telling us they’d get someone to sort asap, they did not. We had to say we would report the situation to the council, then someone actually came to take the waste away. They then proceeded to bill us the full amount as though nothing had happened…

   I recently had a problem with a dripping tap in my bathroom. I contacted Ashley, sent a photo across, and within the week he and his team had sourced a replacement tap and installed it. The pipework turned out to be in the wall, behind the tiles. From start to finish the engineer kept me informed of the work, what he needed to do and left the area clean and tidy. He also made sure that there was easy access to the pipes in future. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism throughout the process from everyone I had contact with in the company and would highly recommend A1 to anyone.

   We had been struggling with water logging in our newly built bathroom shower area. Tried different unclogging liquids but nothing helped. A1 did a brilliant job in finding out solution at a reasonable rate as we had imagined it would need ripping off the entire shower area. A1 guys were quick and efficient in fixing this issue and I had peace of my mind, I would definitely recommend them. Thank you

   We had a new power shower pump fitted by A1 Heating & Plumbing a few months ago but unfortunately it broke down a short while later. We contacted A1 Heating & Plumbing and they soon fitted a new one which has been working brilliantly. They rang a week or so later to check that the new pump was working well. I was very impressed with their after sale customer service as a lot of companies don’t bother with this.

   Really loved using A1 heating and plumbing for my issues. My radiator burst a leak and A1 came out within a minutes notice, stopped the leak and isolated the radiator, provided a quote for a new radiator and gave me a date of their earliest availability. They had also noticed that I required a new TRV on my other radiator whilst balancing the system and that was a nice quick easy change, will be painting it soon! The engineer was friendly, factual and abided by the covid-19 regulations. The pricing was very adequate as I looked around and found A1 to be the most reasonable given the timeframe of the leak! Will be using them in case anything else happens!
