   As always breakdowns always happen at the worst possible time. Heat-plex were the only company after trying 7 other companies that answered the phone and were able to visit within a few days during the Christmas holiday period. Joseph and his team made it all very simple and friendly, the engineer that did the work, was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Cant recommend Heat-plex enough!

   Used for a Boiler Replacement which included removing custom cabinets and replace a flue through a roof. Really top work. On the management side: fast response, transparent pricing, strong communication. On the fitting side: Vasile led the work, he was friendly, tidy, communicative, and did a generally fantastic job. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail and the care he took with dismantling and reassembling the cabinet.

   We've used Joe for quite a few years now. He does our annual boiler and gas fire service plus we also used him when we had a leak under our bath and more recently to replace all of the valves on our radiators. We are more than happy with the services that Joe provides. He's responsive, honest, friendly and courteous. I find that it can be difficult to get good tradespeople at the moment, especially ones that are responsive and I'm so glad that we found Joe a few years ago and can rely on him!
