   I was in need of two tyres changed at short notice. the team at Hometyre were swift to respond. Bill arrived within the hour , special care and experience was required for this particular job as the alloys have a particular finish. Bill was extremely efficient, attentive taking his time to make sure no damage occurred. He was informative as to how he would go about it prior to the job , super service and my go to guy from now on!!

   Impressed is an understatement. If only every service was like this! I’ve used Hometyre twice - the service has been consistently brilliant. The convenience of tyre replacements happening on your drive with the delight of genuinely good service from appointment booking to friendly and experienced tyre techs. In both cases, from making a call to getting my tyres changed it’s been a few hours.

   These guys were really professional and really friendly. The visiting tech arrived early and did a great job of cleaning up my corroded rims for no extra charge. All in all a great customer experience and I paid not that much more than if I had gone to one of the local tyre shops and had a miserable time.

   Went out to my car at 9am to find I had a totally flat tyre. Booked online to have it replaced sameday, thinking I was being a little optimistic. Hometyre called me back promptly, and booked me in for 3.15pm the same day, which I was happy with. Then the mechanic, Dave, called me at 11 to say he could come earlier if possible. Super efficient, polite and cheaper than if I'd driven to my local Kwik-Fit myself!

   Needed all 4 tyres changing. Phoned a day before, super helpful chap helped arrange a time. Got an appt “first thing” Saturday at 9am as I was on a tight schedule. I’d done some research on the tyres I wanted and they confirmed they had them. All good. Dave, our friendly tyre fitter pinged at 8.30am saying he was here if we wanted to get started. Literally “Give me the keys. I’m all good for tea and coffee thanks, I’ll let you know when it’s done.” Tapped my card to pay once done. Simple. Top service from start to finish and price was the same as going to a tyre fitting garage miles away and hanging about for an hour.

   Excellent and efficient service, would definitely recommend to use! I was advised to use tyresonthedrive but after reading some incredibly poor reviews opted for Hometyre who I found locally on Google and very glad I did! From time of call to completed job was 3 hours - brilliant given the covid situation and just before Christmas! Thank you.
