   Fixed my first big girl bag after being turned away from 4 different places, and fixed my boots within 20 minutes. He also turned away my shoes that were unsalvageable, saying he didn't want to destroy the shoe and for me to end up unhappy. Amazing prices, fair consultations, and was super honest and communicated with me every step of the way. If you need anything fixed last second for the upcoming holidays, this is the place to go. Thankfully also found my forever cobbler and handbag repair shop here in London!

   I'm glad u have so many people writing immediately good reviews, but still u don't take any responsibilities for lying that my partner didn't pay for changing battery in my watch. All he did send you proof which was receipt of £35 but on top u wanna argue with your customers like a girl and lie on top of that.Also why for changing the same battery u wanted to charge me £40??I could go on more but have no time for this .have a great day and good luck running your" business "

   I urgently needed something engraved super last minute so I called him up and asked if it was possible , he said to come in and he could give it a try. So we headed down and experimented together , im so glad i found him as he saved my day and did such an amazing job on engraving (which also only took less than 15minutes). It was a great experience to be able to experiment on the job with him , would definitely recommend and return. His customer service is the best
