   The reviews on Stride are somewhat mixed, as there are two service lines operating. All the dissatisfied reviews appear to relate to the property management, whereas the bathroom fitting service is impeccable. Don’t let the former put you off the latter, have a look at the showroom which demonstrates the quality of finish on offer. Rhys is very meticulous and has a fine youngish team which works with skill and efficiency. He has specialist covering the various areas such as plumbing, lighting,tiling and even mastic. The delightful Alaniss is on hand to guide you with fittings/style (they are not tied to any suppliers). We are delighted with our new bathroom (love the smart toilet) and the photos speak for themselves. Such quality comes at a cost but after the price of the fittings, the additional expense doesn’t really make a material difference to the overall bill. I’d recommend the team in a heart beat.

   We had a new boiler installed by Rhys and the whole experience was excellent. He provided clear advice on the best system for our home, turned up exactly when he said he would, and completed the job to a very high standard. The workmanship was neat, and everything was tested thoroughly before he left. Highly recommended for anyone needing heating or plumbing work done right.

   Worst plumbing company ever!! They treat people with total contempt! Office and trades staff do not communicate. Took 3 days off work and they still couldn't do the job properly! Staff have a very entitled attitude. Try them out if you like but you will be dissapointed

   Stride plumbing and heating. Rhys attended to service my boiler that another company had installed recently. He noticed a few issues and informed me he would need to turn the boiler off due to my safety. I was concerned as the boiler was new. Rhys then mentioned to me that I could call gas safe for a free inspection on my boiler to which I done. Kevin from gas safe came out and confirmed what Rhys had told me. Since then rhys has attended and rectified the issue. I would highly recommend.

   Highly recommend stride! We had a new boiler and water tank installed by stride a few months ago. The engineers where on time friendly and the standard of work was above and beyond. They protected all of our floors from dirt and dust and at the end of every day they cleaned up after themselves. A week after the work had been completed I received a telephone call from stride to check everything was okay and I was happy with the work completed. 10/10 service!

   Rick was very friendly and professional, offered advice on how to maintain the newly fixed appliances. He fixed my lighting, door hinges and outside sensors with no trouble at all. Strides workers are very versatile and know how to fix a variety of things.
