   I called them out to deal with a dripping kitchen tap. At least they turned up promptly (unlike their last review). But the guy spent 2 minutes fiddling with the tap before telling me that this type is better to replace than repair. So I've wasted a hundred quid on a call out that's achieved nothing. Why didn't they ask for a pic of the tap first and avoid this?

   I called Blue Pound Plumbers for a toilet repair. They said a plumber would come in 3 hours to fix the toilet. I was really happy that I'd get a bathroom fixture we rely on so much fixed within 3 hours. I got a call from a plumber shortly after, who said he can come the next day and we agreed on a time. Next day came and he never showed up, nor did he call. After I called him, he said he's not coming and that that he'll ask the company to call me. They never did. Finally I called Blue Pound to see if they plan to send someone. They gave me some made up excuse and said they can't find another plumber. I wasted two days with them and my toilet is still not fixed. I've found another plumber so I won't be using their service again. Poor communication and unreliable service is a great way to lose customers.

   David arrived, located the issue, repair the faucet in 20 minutes! and gave an accurate explanation for what had occurred, I cannot express enough how great this plumber is. Prior to him I have experienced many plumbers;, David is by far one of the best. I will highly recommend his plumbing company to family and friends.    David is the engineer that was sent to my home to take out an old bathwater tap and replace it with a new one with a showerhead attached. His professionalism, courtesy, politeness and efficiency earned him five stars for providing extraordinary service. I could not have been more stress-free or felt more comfortable dealing with Blue Pound Plumbers Company. They maintained updated communication the whole way through and made certain I was satisfied with the job before receiving my bill. I plan to use them again in the future and will recommend them to my family and friends.

He was very thorough, explaining every step he took, cleaning up thoroughly and leaving us with no mess whatsoever. He also gave me a full written report detailing what he did and why. I'm delighted with my new boiler, valve, etc. and can only recommend Blue Pound plumbers to anyone requiring plumbing services.

   Matt is great. He is polite, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and very good at what he does. He fixed my sink, toilet, and shower leaking problems quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with how thorough he was in explaining things to me. He gave me lots of useful tips and suggestions. He did not charge any extra cost. He is honest and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help fixing a problem.
