My bathroom faucet was leaking badly, and this plumber fixed it with ease. He was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable. He also checked other fixtures to ensure no hidden problems existed. The price was fair, and I was impressed with the overall service quality.
We had a boiler installation and the service was fantastic. The engineers were punctual, tidy, and very efficient.
I expected a plumber between 12-5pm and received no update. Called at 5pm and informed the plumber would update but should still be coming and didn't hear anything. Called again at both 7pm and 9pm and still no update. At 9pm, then informed that the plumber had left a message at 5pm that he couldn't make it. Booked me in for the next morning, only for me to call every hour to try and get an update on ETA and still never got one. The plumber again didn't arrive in the expected timeframe between 8am-12pm with no updates from the company. I was left stuck at home for over 24 hours waiting for an update and the plumber. Had to cancel in the end.
Had a bad shower pipe leak last week and if it wasn't for these guys, our hallway would be completely ruined. A Plus Plumbing Services was the only available company on the day when we needed a plumber and their pricing was also the most honest and realistic. Would definitely recommend and will be using these guys again. Thank you!
He was very nice to work with. He always kept me informed on what he was working on and how it will be completed, he took special care on keeping his work area clean and clear, always careful of safety hazards . He is someone your company should be proud of to have on board, if I have another plumbing issue I will ask your company to send him as my serviceman
Discovered basement floor drain was backed up and causing flooding on a Saturday night. Scheduled online, they responded quickly. Tech was extremely nice and professional.
