This is my second time of using this company, once for a completely blocked sink and now for a leaking lavatory cistern. On both occasions I have been totally happy with their efficiency and have decided to change to them, for my boiler service.
I would definitely recommend them. The plumber fixed my broken pipe and was very quick in completing the job. Brilliant rates.

18th May 2020 BEWARE Address on website is false. No one there has heard of plumbers. I think the business is a scam. Jay seemed ok when he arrrived here on Friday 15th May. He priced for the job to repair my cistern. He fitted a new part. It appeared to work but I should've checked it better. Jay left. Subsequently, despite the new part, the refill problem with the cistern is the same as before. I've telephoined about 15 times since then. At least ten times today alone. No answer. I drove to the adress on the website - 42 Charles Street EN1. It's a private residence, occupied by freindly Polish people, who know nothing about plumbing services. So I think I've been had. I will need to pay a proper plumber.
5 hours late for the booked time to fit new tap in bathroom. Spent 5 mins looking at the fittings and came to the conclusion that we needed new tap "flexers" - this would be £60 on top of the call out fee or £40 if we wanted copper piping. Tap "flexers" or Flexible tap connectors cost £10 to purchase. Clearly we asked the plumber to not return and got a reputable company in who did not try to rip us off.
No Show, No contact. Due to a blocked toilet I phoned this company and made an appointment for the following evening. Texted my address as contact was driving. No show the following evening. When I phoned to find out what had happened the plumber answered my call and when I asked him if he was coming he said ‘hello, hello’ and hung up as apparently he could not hear me. I called again and left a message on his voicemail but got no response Found a reliable company the next day who promptly visited and resolved the problem
I can honestly recommend Plumbers Enfield if you need reliable and inexpensive plumbers. They've done such a fantastic and dirty job for me by unblocking the badly blocked toilet in my restaurant. Thanks to them I did not need to close the lavatory for more than one hour. The team member called Przemyslaw is a friendly chap who took the ownership of the challenge and understood the consequences of not having this toilet is available to my customers. Definitely definitely worth recommending.
