   trying to book for dog nail clipping appointment is impossible. You cannot book on the website only over the phone. I’ve tried to phone the last 4 days and tried again this morning, 27 times I have rang in the space of 4 days and no answer. I’m beyond furious. Won’t be using this grooming service again.

   I have been taking my Bichon Frise here for her hair cut 4 times now, everytime she comes out happy and looks amazing.The groomers are lovely and make her feel comfortable. I will always recommend them

   First time taking our rhodesian ridgeback to be groomed professionally, they managed to get us in and they dealt with our dog really well and did an amazing job. The staff were so friendly and helpful, infact the staff from pets at home, to the vets beside,and groom room were all so lovely. My dog came out super clean, smelling fresh and happy. I would recommend and we have pre booked to now have both our dogs groomed here. Thank you to all the team and staff we met during our visit.

   Not impressed. I’ve taken my dog to a different groomers before (only reason I came here was because I couldn’t get her in in time at her usual place) the groomers I usually use said she was nervous to begin with but when I picked her up she was so happy and was very confident. However taking her to the groom room I could see her through the glass and she looked petrified. She wanted to get out of the room as quick as possible and when the lady took her to get her lead on she didn’t want to go with her. Once we got home I was fussing her and noticed her nails. I understand how hard it is to clip nails as I have to do her dew claws in between grooms but these were clipped way too far back. I can not believe they didn’t make her bleed and you can see where the blood supply starts (her nails are white so you can see where you should cut). Overall very disappointed with it all.

   We have had them cancel our groom 5 times. They used to be really reliable, with amazing service. And our dog loved going their so we wanted to stick with them but they are now really unreliable and our dog is suffering because of it.

   Lovely groomers. Always excited to see the dogs and spend time with them. I feel very safe leaving my dog here for a spot of pampering. Plus he always comes out smelling beautifully!

   The Groom room has always done a great job. All the staff is friendly and efficient. Georgia is wonderful with my very large Labradoodle. He has issues with his legs she is patient and has that special connection with animals. She is also brilliant at plucking his ears, the first ever groomer that can get his ears done . It is almost a year now and no more ear infections. My dog has separation anxiety but has no issues staying with the staff.

   grooming staff here are amazing, far superior to weston branch, i live half a mile from weston branch but rather travel the 24 mile round trip to clevedon. my king charles has particular needs and the groomers here are so helpful. i dont trust anyone else to look after him as well as they do.
