   Called for emergency service at 5pm. Got a confirmation text saying booked between 5.20 - 6.20 pm. Right comes 6.35, I call them back, I was reminded the waiting window can be 1-3 hours. Fine, the text confirmation was confusing... anyway I wait a couple hours more. Call them back at 9 pm... I am informed no plumbers will be available tonight and that they've tried to call me... Yeah right no missed calls, been glued to my phone since the first call waiting for updates from them. A cancellation message could be fine if you're truly unable to reach your client via phone call. Seems like a weird scam, I doubt its a real business the way its all been handled. Wasted my time and very disappointed.

   Taps/shower hot only 50% of the time. Heating worked perfectly. Plumber bled my radiator for some reason & poked around my boiler. Then tried to get me to make a committment for future work. Although I had not received a written quote. Heating & water now not working at all because of plumber. He quickly left without charging me. Asked company for call back to reinstate heating/hot water. They refused. Asked company for quote for future work. They said will only give me a quote if I pay for todays plumber disabling my heating and hot water. Sent complaint email but recieved no response.

   The first appointment was on Friday. Lewisham Plumbing Ltd examined the shower drain in the basement, tried to unclog it and realized that it was totally blocked. He proceeded to explain what needed to be done patiently, answered all my concerns and gave me a quote for the follow up work. His crew arrived promptly early this morning, explained the set up and procedures and also took great care to not mess up my house. They took care of two main blockages and replaced the drain pipe. The quote Lewisham Plumbing Ltd gave was very reasonable and it was a job well done. I am happy with the result and will not hesitate to contact Lewisham Plumbing Ltd for future concerns.
