Sadeeq did excellent work fitting my new door lock and shelves in my room. He made sure I understood what was wrong with my previous door (it wasn't up to health and safety standards) and confirmed everything was installed perfectly before he left. Sadeeq is truly one of the best engineers I have ever had the pleasure to have in my home. I had a really old boiler which had broken down and began leaking. Sadeeq gave me a video called and talked me through what was possible in an emergency, but in the end had to make a trip across the city to stop the leaking. My boiler needed to be replaced along with all the radiators in my property. Sadeeq gave me an accurate quote which was broken down and confirmed in a contract. Once orders were made, he and his team began work ASAP. He is very thorough and does everything by the book clearly explaining all the changes made, going through all the necessary paperwork and giving clear advice to maintain the warranty. Safety is a priority to him and when we smelt gas during works he did several thorough checks to make sure I was safe before leaving my property. He is very trustworthy and reliable tradesman, who is certified. He and his team are polite, tidy and really hard working, I cannot recommend them enough.
Professional, knowledgeable and honest! I absolutely dislike dealing with traders as I have come across many cowboys BUT you can absolutely trust Sadeeq and his team. I left them to handle everything for the entire day (something I never do or feel comfortable with), and they completed the job and left my business premises clean and tidy. I was highly satisfied with the service received from Al Noor. We had a new kitchen tap fitted, reapplied sealant in the sink area and also had some electrical work done in the bedrooms. From the point of initial contact, the jobs were done quite swiftly. On the day, he was punctual and pleasant. Sadeeq went above and beyond to help us with our issues. Firstly with getting a property up to scratch to be able to issue gas and electric certificates so that we could sell, and then in servicing a boiler in another property. Even went as far as to help diagnose an issue over text when he wasn't working. Nice and knowledgable guy too.

Abu and his team performed excellently and offered us an express and professional service to redecorate the 3 upstairs bedrooms of our new home.
