   DO NOT USE UNRELIABLE POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE When booking trade people you want quality, good communication and reliability. Unfortunately i found out the hard way that this company are none of these. Needed an urgent electrical job done and was booked in 8-11, had to put builders on hold to get this work done. No one turned up, when i called they were not helpful told me someone would call back. That never happened. Rang again and the lady told me well we cant keep appointments so then why give me a fixed time slot. Wasted the whole morning and had to pay the builders to sit around. NO communication and no help, whole day went by and did not even get a courtesy call to apologise or tell me if the engineer was coming. lucky i found someone else I do not normally write posts but this company is soooo bad i did not want anyone else to experience this Definitely avoid using this company

   We reorganized our storage hut in the garden and arranged a small workshop place for my husband for his hobbies. We needed to install four new outlets in that corner. the company came and did the job. they were very professional and did exactly what we wanted. In addition they repaired an old electrical outlet that we didn't use for a very long time. We highly recommend this good company.
