I needed a new boiler in an old house that I had just bought. Asking around my friends for a Heating Engineer to do the work Geoff of Palmer Maintenance Services was highly recommended by one of them and he did not disappoint. Because I wanted to create an understairs cloakroom and the boiler needed to be moved slightly, I consulting with Geoff first to work out its new location I then had the work done to create a new wall for him to locate the boiler on. The work was carried out to a high standard and for a reasonable cost. The finished result was a much more efficient heating system that looked a lot better too! I would have no hesitation in recommending Geoff, he was tidy, punctual, helpful and efficient - what more could you ask for! The before and after photos speak for themselves!

Boiler failed overnight. Called Palmer Maintenance Services at 1000. Geoff arrived at 1130, sourced and collected new PCB (had to drive to 2 places to ensure correct part purchased) with job completed by 1330. Absolutely blown away by the responsiveness and speedy resolution. As Geoff is accredited Worcester Bosch engineer, he was also able to get some prompt telephone assistance from them directly regrading the specific config/wiring of my boiler. Will use again for servicing and other repairs (hopefully not too soon though).

Geoff has provided our annual service for the last three years. From the annual reminder to the cheerful, prompt servicing we are happy to recommend. He even picked up a leak on a valve and recommended that we get it replaced by Worcester under the guarantee - professional!
