Honestly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Customer service is awful, some staff are outright rude. Never have anything ready or in stock. Avoid.

Shockingly old, uncared for store with poorly stocked shelves. Absolutely clueless on what customer service should look like. Always queues all slow - minimum 20 - 30 minute wait. Avoid it if at all possible.

Must be the worst pharmacy in Bristol if not wider. The store is completely chaotic. I continuously receive extremely poor service from this pharmacy but because of its location I make the mistake of using them. There is no organisation and customers are unsure where to go for prescription v off the the shelf purchase. The staff seem clueless and like they’ve been dragged off the street and offered a job. I recommend Boots either close this down or give it a complete overall as this place is causing reputational damage.

Terrible service - received a text to say click and collect was ready for collection. When arrived at the store, it had closed early, 4 pm on a Saturday- there were staff in the store as was only 4.10 pm so rang to ask if they could bring click and collect parcel to me as I’d driven especially to pick it up . Woman said they needed a pharmacist to be able to get parcel ( I had already paid for products to click and collect and had no medication in parcel) . If I could give zero I would. Now unable to collect parcel until Monday as they are closed Sunday !!! Awful and will not use this Boots branch again - unreliable !!

Queued for 30 mins yesterday. Was told my prescription was being held at their off-site pharmacy and to come back today. Queued 30 mins today and was told the same. Same for the lady ahead of me. Having recently closed the other local Boots I'd have thought they would increase the service here. Instead they close between 1-2pm. The staff are doing their best but there's something fundamentally wrong with the operation of this pharmacy. They are serving our community very poorly. Will save myself the stress and get future prescriptions sent elsewhere.

Worse service ever. Appointment for vaccine, which is not a free service, been cancelled 3 times now with no reason given. If you can’t provide a service then don’t promote it on your website. Waist of time and besides you put your customers at risk to not be vaccinated. Just appalling.

Very short staffed. Always a long queue for prescriptions which nearly goes out the door. Customers just buying non medical items often have nobody to serve them. There is not enough space in the shop. There needs to be another chemist near by.

I wish there was a zero star option as this place is an utter disgrace. Tons of totally incompetent and rude staff who have zero clue what they are doing. Bunches of staff huddled together by the desk and have no clue about dispensing medication or even where to look for it!!! You can't make it up!! One of them actually shouted at the long queue to 'stop your yapping'!! It's beyond farcical. I beg you to go to any other pharmacy than this.

It takes approximately 30-35 minutes to pick up a prescription so careful with your parking. Despite the pressure the staff are friendly and helpful, maybe needs better management of customer flow.

They've tried to improve the queuing system, by having a separate till to buy products, and one for pharmacy/prescriptions. However, there are two types of people needing the pharmacy. Those who've been sent a text to say the prescription is ready and those who turn up hoping and/or wanting to ask 50 questions. I suggest another separate queue for those having had the texts. I suggested it to the pharmacist, to which she replied it's the store manager I need to tell. I queued for 25 minutes. I'm awaiting a hip replacement, and spend the whole time leaning on my stick. Incredibly difficult and painful. I will not use Boots again.
